Does your Soft Serve hire and Ice Cream hire include Ice Cream Mix and Cones?

Yes It does,We include 150 Standard Ice Cream Cones,Bowls,Spoons,Cups(If required) and Three bags of Soft Serve Powdered Ice Cream mix,which will make 150-180 Standard Ice Cream Cones.
If you require additional Cones or mix please let us know at time of hire.

 

How long will it take for the Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines to freeze up?
Approx 5-6 minutes, just depending on the weather conditions.

What brand of Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines do you use?
We only use the best products Taylor 152 Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines(As pictured)

 

How many Ice Creams will one bag of mix make?
Approx 50-60 Standard Ice cream cones
Approx 30-40 200ml Sundae Cups

 

Do your Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines run on a standard Australian Power point?
Yes they do,they run on a standard 10 amp power point.

Are your Ice Cream Machines easy to use?
Yes, they are very user friendly, simple to operate and heaps of fun.
Our staff will set up the machine and and guide you through the basic working of the machine

 

Does LR Party Hire have Public liability Insurance?
Yes we have $20000000 cover through a reputable Insurance Company.

How heavy are your Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines?
They weigh approx 95 kgs and come on caster wheels to make it easy to move them into place.

 

What are the approx dimensions of your Ice Cream Machines?

Is your Soft Serve Ice Cream Mix and Gelato Gluten Free?

Yes, there is no Gluten in both our Soft Serve Mix and Gelato, The only time it contains Gluten is when you add it to a cone.

Can we order additional Ice Cream Mix/Cones?
Yes, additional Mix/Cones are available at an extra charge.
Please advise us if you require any extra Ice Cream Mix/Cones.

 

Can we order Wafer cones, Chocolate Soft Serve mix, Flavoured toppings, Candy bar Set up, Hot Fudges, Sprinkles, Crushed Nuts?
Yes all these are available for an extra charge(Please advise us at time of booking what extras you require)

Does your Slush machine hire include cups and straws?
Yes it does, we include 100 (200ml cups) and straws as part of your hire.
If you require additional please let us know at time of hire.

 

Can we order additional syrup? 
Yes, additional mix is available for an extra charge and we will also include additional cups and straws.
Please advise us if you require any extra syrup.

 

How do I clean the Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines/Slush Machines?
With our machine hire, you don’t have to! We clean the Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines/Slush Machines after every hire. Our machine hire services makes sure you get the best out of your hire. However, we do ask that you empty the machine of any left over mix after you have finished using the Soft Serve Ice Cream Machines/Slush Machine at your party.

 

How long will it take for the Slushie machine mix to freeze?
It takes about 60 - 90 minutes for the first batch to freeze in the slush machine, but can be slightly longer if outdoors. Any additional batches made will take about 15/25mins to freeze. For best results, we recommend that machines are set up in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. We also suggest alcohol is stored in the freezer for several hours prior to use. Alcohol will not freeze but by cooling it, the slush mix will freeze a lot quicker.

 

Will you explain how to use the machine?
Yes, we will show you how to switch on the machine and add any extra mix you may have ordered for later in the night.

Is ice required for the machine?
No – the machine freezes the mix without any ice. Ice will damage the machine – please DO NOT put ice into the mix.

 

What do I need to supply?
You will need to provide a standard power point. you will also require a suitable table or bench capable of holding 80kgs, we can supply a table at a charge.
If you wish to include alcohol in the mix, you will also need to supply this.

Will there be a delivery charge?
Free delivery applies to most of Western Sydney, however some areas may attract a delivery fee. Please contact us for more details.

 

How can I pay?
• Cash on the day of delivery.
• Bank transfer - we can provide bank account details upon request and payment must be received into our account before machine can be delivered.

 

What if the Machine or equipment are damaged by the hirer?
Unfortunately, Any damage deemed by LR party hire staff to be that of the Hirer or a third party while hiring the machine or equipment will be charged at the total cost of parts and labour to the hirer stated on the invoiced booking amount.

The Hirer accepts all responsibility for neglect and misuse to equipment and accepts all associated costs to repairs as part of their agreement when placing a booking.

Terms & Conditions of Hire:

The hirer must be 18 years of age or over to hire any of the machines. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the machine is used according to instructions given by LR party hire staff during setup & to ensure no damage is done to the machine for the duration of the hire and the machine is not at anytime to be moved from the location upon setup. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure nothing is added to the slush machine, including but not limited to, soft drink, cordial, milk, cream or any other liquid or thickening agent. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure only the cocktail/slush mix supplied by LR party hire is placed in the Frozen Cocktail/slush Machine & that any alcohol added to this mix is at the responsibility of the Hirer. It is the responsibility of the hirer to contact LR party hire immediately if there appears to be any problems with the machine which are not covered in the instructions supplied. The hirer agrees to pay the replacement cost for any damage, loss or theft of any machine or any part of any machine for the duration of the hire.
All equipment including but not limited to the Slushy Machines, Tables, Leads, Surge Protectors remain the property of LR party hire.
